Episode II - The Prophecy
![]() |
Episode II picked up hours after Jake's crash in the woods. The reclusive Native American, Mingo Coyote, had rescued Jake from the forest and began to heal his wounds. Eventually Jake regained consciousness and recounted his strange encounter in the woods.
The glowing animal that Jake witnessed was not a stranger to Mingo's people. The "Spirit Fox" was the beginning of an ancient prophecy told by his tribal historians. The prophecy spoke of a chosen one who would maintain harmony between the physical world and the subconscious realm of dreams. This chosen one would first have to prove himself worthy by entering the dream world and passing four tests. Mingo presented Jake with a dream catcher, a Native artifact said to be the portal of the chosen one to the realm of dreams. The insignia on the dream catcher was the same as a tattoo Jake wore on his arm... one he has seen many times in his dreams. Mingo was sure that Jake was the chosen one from the prophecy. He instructed Jake to raise the dream catcher to the moon and begin his journey.
